Dynamics Icon Not Showing In Outlook. Outlook does not show new CRM 2011 Custom Entity icons. The problem is that presence icons may not appear in Outlook in some circumstances.

In the example below I am showing the panel displaying information of a contact record. I have occasionally found that updated custom entity icons did not appear in the Outlook client as expected. CRM 2011 RU5 Office 2010 64-bit W7.

After deploying Dynamics 365 App for Outlook the app does not appear within Outlook. Occasionally the CRM Icon from the bottom left navigation bar as per below disappears everything else works fine though. If you open the app in another browser such as Edge or Chrome the button icons do appear. Not ideal but saves you having to open each one individually.
